Since I am really behind in updating my blog. I am not going to post all of my pics that we have for Christmas. There are just too many. So here is a picture of Addy with Santa. She was told she had been a good girl this year. So she asked him for a Rapunzel tower for Christmas. Madison didn't want to sit on Santa's Lap this year. She was a bit scared. So I didn't get a picture. Hopefully next year she will do better.
"The family, as we have traditionally known it, is such a refuge of safety. When true values and basic virtues undergird the families of society, hope will conquer despair, and faith will triumph over doubt". President Thomas S. Monson

July 4th Celebrations
Hope everyone had a great 4th of July. Here are some highlights of how we celebrated 4th of July weekend.
With so many different hairstyles we like to try for the holidays, I thought this one was so adorable, I just had to try it on Addy. She has always asked me to do a star instead of hearts in her hair. So she was pretty happy I could finally do one. YAY!

Us at the Provo Festival Parade. This was our first time to see it. It was a really hot day, so many people, and the parade was good.

Pioneer Day
Pioneer Day is a holiday celebrated here in Utah on July 24th. A second 4th of July to us. We usually do something fun on this day. So we took the kids to Boondocks to play some miniature golf and some other fun things there. This was Addy's first time playing miniature golf. Despite that it was a hot day...we all had a lot of fun.
Addy getting the ball ready.
Daddy helped out alot
It's in!!
Addy getting her ball out and off to the next hole.
Here she is trying to do it by herself.
got this one as it fell in.
Everyone watching Alicia. She took forever at this hole. About 10 times before she finally got it, we were just laughing. She did better after that.
The finish! Unfortunately she didn't get a hole in one. =( Dave I think was the only one that did.
Alright ski ball! I use to love this game. Still kinda hard for her, but she loved it.
The girls on the bumper boats.
I just love her face.
We all played Air hockey
Addy really liked this game. She played really good too. She still was a little short, so Dave had to hold her up.
In the evening we went to our friends for food, fun and entertainment. Our friends the Munoas always have a get together at their house on this day. Is always nice to see our friends and that they do this every year.

4th of July
This fourth of July we celebrated at our house with a BBQ, cooling down on our slide, and of course fireworks. The day before we celebrated at the Hausers who hold their traditional cul-de-sac fire work spectacular. They even had a young women in their ward who had an amazing voice sing the national anthem before they let them off. It was a pretty good show, I was disappointed I forgot my camera.
