Pleasant Grove Pool

Our first day at the pool this summer. We usually go to a variety of pools during the summer and Lehi City pool is usually our favorite. But the girls also like the Pleasant Grove pool. It was Addy's first time at the pool and she loved it. Aahhh, so refreshing on a such a hot day.

PG pool

The girls often go to the pleasant grove pool with their friends for the summer, but this time I took all the girls. Just some fun, sun, and swimming with my girls at the pool. Love it! Madison and Adelynn hanging out with mom in the shade.

Here are the slides. The girls took Adelynn a few times. I can hear her laughing and screaming as she is going down, but I wasnt able to get any pictures of it. Briana is at the top in this picture.

The new Lindon Pool

Lindon is just the next city over from us. So many people had been talking about how cool this pool was so we had to check it out. We were pretty impressed. It is really nice.
This is the big slide. It's pretty fast and fun, Addy just loved it.

The lazy river was so cool. It is the biggest one compared to all the rest of the pools, and almost the same as a big water park.

She wanted to go again and again. She loved it.Madison had fun at the pool too.

I haven't yet found a bathing suit for Madison.. so I just put her feet in to kinda cool her down. It was a hot day.

The wave surf pool. This looks so cool. None of the girls wanted to try this. They pretty much just watched the boys. I would do it, but to afraid I might fall and end up getting hurt. I think I need some surf lessons first from my hubby before I make the attempt. I thought that Addy would be too big for this raft. It was from last year. But she seems to fit in it well still. I brought it for Madison in case we put her in the water.

We all love this pool, and since it's so close, this is probably the one we will go to from now on.

Orem Scera Pool

It was a hot day so we went to the Pool in Orem. The girls haven't been yet this year, so we thought we would go and try out Addy's raft. Only certain pools allow rafts, and it was good we could use it here. She really loved it.

She did want to swim freely without her raft occasionally, but we had to watch her careful since she thinks she can swim.

Jessica and I are at the top ready to go down the big slide. It is steep and fast but a lot of fun.

Since the girls didn't want to go on it, they stayed back to watch with Addy and Aunt Joni. They did go on the other one next to it. It's a little slower.

Addy and the Grasshopper

This girl has no fear of bugs. I think it might be because of the Spider show on Nick Jr she likes. When she sees a bug on the ground, she will say "spider, spider" and get all excited. When we told her that this was a grasshopper, she said "hopper" Touching it with her finger.
Aunt Joni put it in her hand to hold, and she was not scared one bit. But it did feel funny to her while it was moving.
I think she wanted the grasshopper to go swimming in the water. Here she is trying to rescue it.

She grabs hold of it twice in this video, but she wants to do it herself. After awhile there were kids she attracted that came to see what was going on.

Lehi Pool

Like a Mini Water Park. This pool is so cool! It's the girls favorite pool to go to for the summer. I love it too since it's fairly new, very clean and affortable for the whole family. All the girls had a great time.
